CONSTANTINVS IVN NOB C Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust of Constantine II to left, seen from behind, holding spear in his right hand and shield with his left. Rev. VIRTV-S AVGG / P - R / R T Campgate with no doors and three turrets. RIC -. Apparently unique. Struck from a somewhat worn reverse die and with light deposits, otherwise, nearly very fine.

From the collection of Dr. L. Ramskold, formed since 1969.

This is the only known example from Rome of Constantine Caesar with this type bust (G8).
